Thank you for sharing this article. I myself feel stuck in my career and the constant angst of not moving forward. Your article would help me chart out a step-by-step process for looking for newer opportunities.
I loved this. It's a perfectly step-by-step process you can convert into a system. I'll implement it as it must be, as a system, the whole year. I won't miss any more growth opportunities. Thanks @amivora
Thanks so much for sharing. I'm trying to make a career pivot and have 2ish years of work experience, and have been doing passive searching + applying for ~ year. Sort of short circuiting on my approach. Do you think this would still apply?
This is great advice. I love the simplicity and power in your writing, thanks for sharing.
One thing the plan missed on a bit is that while I can plan, but there might not be available roles that reach back or find me a fit. Some of the journey is also to learn how to showcase yourself (which you touched on) and then build on that.
Thanks for sharing! I love the week-by-week workplan. My only add is to be a bit more flexible with the 8-week timeline. Especially in the current job market today, it could take a bit longer to find & land your best fit role.
This is very clear and helpful. Thank you
