They say step back and let your team enjoy when there is success and be the person between your team and failure to take the blame, when you're the leader. While i love nothing more than my team to bask in their glory, i truly never have even allowed myself to think of my successes for more than 10 mins straight without feeling the inner guilt. This is such a strong post and my very first after subscribing to your stack. Thank you for this, truly.

I could not love this post more. It made me laugh, cry, and shift my perspective about how to see myself and the blind spots we have. Also I really love the photos :) Thank you both!

This is so wonderful! I have been told the same advice from others and it’s important that more women own their worth!

As a first-generation college student pursuing product management from a non-technical background, I deeply resonate with this. Only recently, when I had to create a portfolio (under 12 hours for a hiring manager), I looked back and realized how much I've done in 3 years. I never considered myself "cracked" in the same way I viewed my friends, peers, and other students working on incredible initiatives and projects on LinkedIn, but now, I can proudly say, "Wow, I did do some cool things in college."
