Hey Ami, great networking tips for we introverts! One tip I have learned for parties/events is if I am talking to someone and it’s at a point I want to break away, find someone I know walking by and introduce them to the person/people I am talking to, and leave them to it :)

I'd consider myself an extrovert, but even I sometimes find networking hard.
I used to think it was transactional, but it's more than that.

I totally get that. I'd say I'm more an ambivert than a true introvert, but I definitely set talking to new people goals all the time.
